Miracle

"Do miracles still happen today?" This is what Reese asked me awhile back. This past week we studied all about butterfly's. This was one of those weeks Reese and I got all into what we were learning about. He has such a tender heart and was in totally aw of the miracle of a butterfly. As we were releasing the butterfly's he told me "yes, mom, miracles do still happen" How very true!! I love it when they answer their own questions. I did explain to him that God is the same god today that he was long ago so of course miracles still happen but I think he was not to convinced. Watching him marvel at how a caterpillar transforms into a beautiful butterfly was a treasure I will hold near my heart for years to come.

This butterfly stayed near by. I decided to see if he would climb back on my finger and he did! Then he climbed over to Reese's hand. Truly amazing.
