Date Night

What a great date. All we did was chill out and watched a move, on the couch. We watched, The Help. We cried and laughed. After the movie was finished we talked about how the movie impacted us. We pondered on how things have changed over the last 50 + yrs.

For those of you who know my hubby, you are probably thinking - wow he cried over a movie? -
well, sshhh don't tell Eric but I was cheating on him tonight. My date was this beautiful young lady. Yep, you guessed it. It was Taylor. I just knew God wanted me to have a little girl to share these moments with.

It really was a good movie to get you thinking about priorities and how taking a stand in what you believe in takes courage. It reminded me that all it takes is one person to care and things can change for the better.

Tonight was a great way to start my weekend. Tomorrow is my nieces sweet 16 birthday party and then Eric and I are taking Reese to St Augustine to see the Christmas lights. On Sunday we are going back "home". To Atlantic Coast that is - our church! And perhaps Sunday evening we will go see Taylor in Walk Thru Bethlehem.

Happy Weekend to you all :0)
